Wine And Yoga Come Together At Last At This New Tuscan Retreat

We recently learnt that France opened a wine theme park, and boy was that just a great day for adults. Now, our winning streak continues – the world’s first certified yoga and wine retreat has opened in a Tuscan castle and it’s a thing of beauty.
Downward dog, drink some wine, eat some pasta, chill out (literally) Under The Tuscan Sun – that’s the life you could be living at Castello di Potentino.
During a five-night stay, guests will take part in pool-side yoga, an afternoon spa trip to the thermal springs at Bagno-Vignoni, a pasta and risotto cooking class with a Michelin-starred Italian chef, a butchery class and even hike among ancient olive trees.
You’ll also come away from the stay with an official WSET Level 1 wine certification, which globally recognises you as a total wine buff. Guests can take classes from Castello di Potentino’s creator, Emily O’Hare, who worked as the sommelier of London’s famous River Café.

The stay is put together as part of a program called ‘Study of the Senses’. Similar programs that take place at the castle include breadmaking and cheese workshops, as well as a Rococo chocolate weekend in October.
Ugh, take me there now.
