Fun fact: Festival No. 6 is like that kid at soccer who wins all the trophies. In 2014 they were awarded Line Up Of The Year at the UK Festival Awards, Best Festival (15K cap or lower) at the Live Music Business Awards and Most Unique Festival Site at the AIF Festival Congress Awards.

What should you go? No. 6 has only been running for three years, but it has already become quite the institution, attracting big names like Grace Jones, Belle and Sebastian and Mark Ronson for this year’s incarnation. There’s a delightful array of bands, DJs, comedians, filmmakers, authors and artists invited to celebrate culture and the breathtaking scenery. Expect big concert moments right through to intimate gigs in obscure locations. This is an iconic UK festival built on its credibility and its capacity to keep it real.
