Burgers are a sacred and blessed food, and we simply won’t be told otherwise. They’re a bundle of hand-held joy, with the power to take any day from a two to a 10 in no time. And if you’re half as obsessed as we are, you’ll be bloody thrilled to know Australia’s biggest burger festival is kicking off in Sydney soon.
Burgerpalooza is back, you guys! And it’s bigger and meatier than ever before.
Now in its third year, Burgerpalooza is for-sure the number one burger event on Australia’s social calendar. It’s set to feature all your faves, like BL Burgers, Down N’ Out, Mister Gee’s, Superior Burger, Ume Burger, and Chef’s Kitchen.
There’s also set to be live art, an impressive line-up of musicians, stand-up comedy, chilli eating competitions and a bunch of other fun stuff to keep you entertained between burgers.
Plus, Menulog has announced the first-ever ‘Burger Coaching Unit’ or BCU, that will intensively care for those who may have gone too-hard too-soon. There will be ‘Burger Coaches’ to provide everything from half-time massages, to sweat bands and towels and, even digestion aiding aerobics and stretch routines get you back on your feet and eating more burgers ASAP.
Burgapalooza is going down on September 22 and 23 at Prince Alfred Square, Parramatta. Tickets are just $10 and can be purchased via the event’s website.
Enjoy the inevitable food coma!
