With Glastonbury taking a well-deserved break in 2018, the UK’s festival fiends are seeking something to fill the Glasto-shaped hole in their lives. Enter: All Points East, a huge new offering from the team behind Coachella.
The 10-day festival will make its debut at London’s Victoria Park in May 2018, with The XX, The National, LCD Soundsystem, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Lorde, Bjork and Beck all confirmed to perform, with more to be announced. It replaces Love Box and Field Day, both of which had previously called the park home.
[related_articles]52661[/related_articles]All Points East takes a slightly different format than your traditional music festival, with a three-day event followed by three standalone concerts, starting with the National supported by War on Drugs, Future Islands and Warpaint. Comedy shows, food events and an outdoor cinema will operate in the four days between the festival and the concerts, all with free entry.
If you plan on welcoming the English summer in the best possible way, tickets are on sale now and start at $120 (£69.34).
