Festival Bucket List: It’s The Ship, Singapore

What: Asia’s premier festival at sea, It’s The Ship sees punters board a cruise ship out to the Malaysian coast for raucous on-board entertainment and a secluded beach party thrown in for good measure.

Where: The boat departs from the Marina Bay Cruise Centre in Singapore and travels to tropical Malaysian island of Langkawi and back.

When: The trip takes four days and three nights and will take place from the 20th to the 23rd November 2015.

Capacity: 3800 guests are invited on this elaborate cruise ship onboard the Royal Caribbean International’s Mariner of The Seas. Fancy!

Fun Fact: It’s a truly unique festival experience – there’s little to no Wi-Fi access and no VIP areas. Be prepared to see your fave DJs slumming it up with the regular folk across this mega-mansion style cruise ship.

Why should you go? I mean, you’re on a boat. So much better than any poorly conducted booze cruise, this is an expertly organised festival that will host the likes of Kaskade, Showtek, Carnage, Ferry Corsten and Peking Duk. It’s so niche it’ll definitely blow your socks off.
